आज अन्तिम दिन, पोखरा प्रदर्शनी केन्द्रमा आयोजित शैक्षिक मेलामा जाऔं
भर्खरैं एसएलसी उत्तीर्ण गरेका तथा प्लस टु सकेर बसेका विद्यार्थीहरुलाई कुन कलेजमा पढ्ने र कुन विषय लिने भन्ने चिन्ता हुन सक्छ ? अब पीर नमान्नुहोस्, तपाईको चिन्ता र समस्या समाधान गर्न पोखरामा पहिलोपटक वृहत शैक्षिक मेलाको आयोजना गरिएको छ । पोखराको प्रदर्शनी केन्द्रमा आयोजना गरिएको शैक्षिक मेलामा जाऔं र उच्च शिक्षा सम्बन्धि यस्तै यस्तै अनेकन् समस्याहरुको हल गरौं । आज अन्तिम दिन कतै तपाई छुट्नु होला नी फेरि ? ढिलो नगरी जानुहोस् र शैक्षिक मेलाको भरपुर फाईदा उठाउनुहोस् । पोखरामा पहिलोपटक एकै ठाउँमा धेरै विद्यालयहरुले संयुक्तरुपमा आयोजना गरेको शैक्षिक मेला आजबाट सकिदैं छ । एसएलसी तथा प्लस टुका विद्यार्थीहरुका लागि एकपटक जानै पर्ने सो मेलामा विभिन्न शैक्षिक जिज्ञासाहरुको सम्बन्धित क्याम्पस तथा संस्थाका प्रमुखहरुसँग प्रत्यक्ष जानकारी हासिल गर्न पाईने जमर्को आयोजकहरुले मिलाएका छन् ।पोखराको नयाँबजारस्थित प्रदर्शनी केन्द्रमा सो मेलाको आयोजना भईरहेको छ । रिपब्लिका दैनिक र डिरेक्सन नेपालको संयुक्त आयोजनामा स्वदेश तथा विदेशमा अध्ययन गर्न चाहने विद्यार्थीहरुका लागि विभिन्न क्याम्पसहरुको जानकारी तथा त्यससँग सम्बन्धित सम्पूर्ण प्रक्रियाहरुका बारेमा सजिलै जानकारी हासिल गर्नका लागि सफ्टवरीका कलेज अफ आईटी एण्ड ई–कमर्शले ‘१० औं हाईएर एजुकेशन एण्ड करियर फेयर–२०१२ को आयोजना गरेको हो । उक्त मेलामा काठमाडौं र पोखराका गरी झण्डै ५५ वटा कलेजहरुको सहभागिता रहेको छ । मेलामा सि.ए., होटल म्यानेजमेण्ट, फेसन डिजाईनिङ्ग, सूचना तथा सञ्चार, नर्सिङ्ग, मेडिकल, इञ्जिनियरिङ्ग, एयर होस्टेज र टुरिजम लगायतका प्राविधिक विषयहरुमा सजिलै सम्पूर्ण जानकारी प्रत्यक्ष रुपमा दिने व्यवस्था आयोजकहरुले मिलाएका छन् । मेलामा विभिन्न कलेज, शैक्षिक परामर्श,ल्याङ्गवेज लागयतका विषय र कलेजहरुको र सम्बन्धित संस्थाहरुसँग प्रत्यक्ष विद्यार्थीहरुले आफ्ना जिज्ञासाहरु आदान–प्रदान गर्न सक्नेछन् ।
पोखरा–६, लेकसाइडस्थित साइनिङ्ग स्टार आवासीय मा.वि.मा कक्षागत शैक्षिक प्रदर्शनी सम्पन्न भएको छ । उक्त कार्यक्रम प्रा.वि.तह कक्षा ३–५ तथा मा.वि.तह कक्षा ६–१० गरी उत्कृष्ट हुने दुई कक्षालाई पुरस्कृत समेत गरिएको थियो । प्राचार्य नारायणप्रसाद पाण्डेको अध्यक्षतामा सम्पन्न उक्त कार्यक्रममा निर्णायकको भूमिका व्यवस्थापन समिति सदस्य विष्णुहरि अधिकारी तथा बरिष्ठ शिक्षक नर्भु यल्मोले गर्नुभएको थियो । विद्यालयका सहप्राचार्य अर्जुन प्रसाद पाण्डेले संचालन गर्नुभएको उक्त कार्यक्रममा शुभकामना मन्तव्य संस्थापक रामराज पहारीले गर्नुभएको थियो । उक्त अवसरमा उत्कृष्ट कक्षाहरुलाई संयोजक केवी रसाइलीले रनिङ्ग शिल्ड प्रदान गर्नुभएको थियो ।
कास्कीको सराङ्गकोट गाविस वडा नं. ९ स्थित श्री सृजना प्रा.वि.मा अध्ययनरत ४२ जना विद्यार्थीहरुलाई बाल कल्याण संस्था सराङ्गकोट र नेपाल हाउसद्वारा विद्यालय पोशाक र स्टेशनरी सामग्री वितरण गरिएको छ ।
संस्थाका संस्थापक पिटर र श्रीमती दुर्गाको प्रमुख आतिथ्यतामा एवं सराङ्गकोट गा.वि.स. सचिव विष्णु प्रसाद पौडेलको संयोजनमा भएको उक्त कार्यक्रममा नेपाल हाउसका अध्यक्ष रणबहादुर थापा, कार्यक्रम संयोजक शिव थापा, बाल कल्याणका मेनेजर विजय प्रधान, टुँडिखेल श्रोत केन्द्रका श्रोत व्यक्ति भिमराज पौडेल, विद्यालयका प्र.अ. डिल्लीराम अधिकारी लगायतले मन्तव्य राख्नुभएको थियो ।
विद्यालय व्यवस्थापन समितिका सदस्य होमबीर पुनको अध्यक्षतामा भएको उक्त कार्यक्रममा स्वागत मन्तव्य शिक्षिका संगिता सुवेदी र कार्यक्रमको संचालन शिक्षिका कामाक्षी कार्कीले गर्नुभएको थियो ।
उक्त अवसरमा विद्यालयका विद्यार्थीहरुले साँस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत गरेका थिए
पोखराको बैदाम स्थित साइनिङ्ग स्टार बोर्डिङ्ग स्कूलले छैटौं पटक प्रवेशिकामा सम्मिलित विद्यार्थीहरुको विदाई कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न गरेको छ । कार्यक्रममा विद्यालयका प्राचार्य नारायण प्रसाद पाण्डे, संस्थापक प्रशासक रामराज पहारी, विद्यालय व्यवस्थापन समिति सदस्य लालबहादुर कुँवर, फत्तबहादुर थापा, तुलसी गौतम, विष्णुहरि अधिकारीले विद्यार्थीहरुको उज्वल भविष्यको कामना गर्दै शुभकामना व्यक्त गर्नुभएको थियो । भूपू विद्यार्थी मञ्चका सन्तोष अधिकारीको संयोजकत्वमा भएको उक्त कार्यक्रममा अध्यक्ष सविना घले, सचिव महेश पहारी, सदस्यहरु निशा थापा, मेघराज न्यौपाने, सुधन थापा, निशा कुँवर र सुरज गौतमले पनि बोलेका थिए । कार्यक्रमको संचालन विद्यालयका सहप्राचार्य अर्जुन प्रसाद पाण्डेले गर्नुभएको थियो ।
पोखराको सिमलचौर स्थित पिसजोन एकेडेमीले स्थानीय सोंपाल तमु समाजको सभाहलमा २०६८ सालको प्रवेशिका परीक्षामा सम्मिलित विद्यार्थीहरुलाई एक कार्यक्रमका साथ विदाई गरेको छ । विद्यालयका सहप्राचार्य मोतिलाल लामिछाने तथा कक्षा ९ की छात्रा श्रीना रञ्जितकारको स्वागत मन्तव्यबाट शुरु भएको उक्त कार्यक्रममा कक्षा ९ का विद्यार्थीहरु सुस्मिता श्रेष्ठ, आमोश पोखरेल र आहाना रानाले शुभकामना कविता वाचन गरेका थिए । यसैगरी विदाइ भएर जाने विद्यार्थीहरुको तर्फबाट शिल्पा थापा, अमृता खड्का तथा कपिल बाँस्तोलाले आ–आफ्नो मन्तव्य मार्फत विद्यालयलाई धन्यवाद ज्ञापन गरेका थिए । अभिभावकको तर्फबाट बाबुराम पौडेलले विद्यालयले प्रदान गरेको अनुशासन तथा स्तरीय शिक्षाको निम्ति विद्यालयलाई धन्यवाद दिनुभएको थियो । विद्यालयका संस्थापक तथा प्रमुख व्यवस्थापक योगेन्द्र शर्मा दाहालले विद्यार्थीहरुलाई भविष्यको निम्ति शुभकामना व्यक्त गर्दै पिसजोन विद्यापदक (प्रवेशिका परीक्षामा ८५ प्रतिशत भन्दा बढीलाई) तथा पिसजोन स्वर्णपदक (प्रवेशिकामा बोर्डको प्रथम पाँचभित्र पर्न सफल) ले विद्यार्थीहरुलाई प्रवेशिका परीक्षा पछि सम्मान गरिने जानकारी दिनुभयो । उहाँले आउँदा दिनहरुमा विद्यालयले अझ उत्कृष्ट विद्यार्थीहरु उत्पादन गर्नको निम्ति सधैं क्रियाशील रहने बताउनुभयो । कार्यक्रमको संचालन विद्यालयका प्रचार्य सुरेन्द्र शर्मा दाहालले गर्नुभएको थियो ।
पोखरा–८ सिमलचौर स्थित पिसजोन एकेडेमीको वार्षिक उत्सव तथा अभिभावक दिवस शुक्रबार सोंपाल तमु समाज बगालेटोलमा सम्पन्न भयो । विद्यालयका संस्थापक तथा प्रमुख व्यवस्थापक योगेन्द्र शर्मा दाहालको सभापतित्व तथा जनप्रिय उच्च मा.वि.व्यस्थापन समिति अध्यक्ष बलराम बराल, विश्वनाथ बराल, गोविन्द भारती तथा रन्जिता गिरीको विशेष आतिथ्यतामा सम्पन्न उक्त कार्यक्रममा विद्यालका विद्यार्थीहरुले विभिन्न साँस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम तथा कविताहरु समेत वाचन गरेका थिए । विद्यार्थीहरुको तर्फबाट कक्षा १० की छात्रा शिल्पा थापा तथा शिक्षकहरुको तर्फबाट माध्यमिक तहका गणित तथा विज्ञान शिक्षक राजु भण्डारीले स्वागत मन्तव्य व्यक्त गरेका थिए । कार्यक्रममा अभिभावकको तर्फबाट विश्वनाथ बरालले विद्यालयको उत्तरोत्तर प्रगतिको कामना गर्दै विद्यालयले प्रदान गर्दै आएको गुणात्मक शिक्षा तथा अनुशासनको प्रसंसा गर्नुभएको थियो । विद्यालयका संस्थापक तथा प्रमुख व्यवस्थापक योगेन्द्र शर्मा दाहालले विद्यालयबाट प्रत्येक वर्ष प्रवेशिका परीक्षामा सम्मिलित विद्यार्थीहरुमध्ये ८५ प्रतिशतभन्दा बढी अंक ल्याई सर्वोत्कृष्ट हुने विद्यार्थीलाई ‘पिसजोन विद्यापदक’ बाट सम्मानित गरिने साथै नेपाल अधिराज्यमै सर्वोत्कृष्ट पाँचमा पर्न सफल विद्यार्थीलाई ‘पिसजोन स्वर्ण पदक’ बाट सम्मानित गरिने जानकारी गराउनुभयो । उक्त अवसरमा विभिन्न विधामा सर्वोत्कृष्ट हुने विद्यार्थीहरुलाई पुरस्कारसमेत वितरण गरिएको थियो । कार्यक्रमको संचालन विद्यालयका प्रचार्य सुरेन्द्र शर्मा दाहालले गर्नुभएको थियो ।
बैदामस्थित साइनिङ स्टार आवासीय मा.वि.ले कला नै सिर्जना हो भन्ने उद्घोषका साथ खुल्ला नृत्य प्रतियोगिता सम्पन्न गरेको छ । १२ वटा समूह सहभागी भएको उक्त नृत्य प्रतियोगितामा विद्यार्थीहरुले नेपाली संस्कृतिलाई अगाडि बढाउने उद्देश्यले तामाङसेलो, नेवारी, भोजपुरी लगायतका गीतहरुमा नृत्य प्रस्तुत गरेका थिए । उक्त प्रतियोगितामा कक्षा आठको एन्जिला थापाको समूह प्रथम, कक्षा एकको केशर परियारको समूह द्वितीय, कक्षा ६ को विष्णु खत्रीको समूहले तृतीय स्थान हासिल गरेका थिए । प्रतियोगिताको निर्णायकमा सिर्जना कला केन्द्रका नृत्य प्रशिक्षक राम लामा र श्यामकुमार सिंह रहनुभएको थियो । कार्यक्रममा विद्यालयका प्रचार्य नारायणप्रसाद पाण्डेले विद्यार्थीमा अन्तरनिहित प्रतिभालाई कदर गर्दै प्रतिभा प्रष्फुटनमा विद्यालय निरन्तर क्रियाशील हुने कुरा बताउनुभयो । उहाँले आजका बालबालिकाले नै भोतिका दिनहरुमा महान् कलाकार बनेर यस देशलाई विश्वसामु परिचित गराउन सक्दछन् भन्नुभयो । विद्यालका अतिरिक्त क्रियाकलाप प्रमुख केवी रसाइलीले सञ्चालन गर्नुभएको उक्त नृत्य प्रतियोगितामा विद्यालयका सहप्राचार्य अर्जुनप्रसाद पाण्डे र प्रशासक तथा संस्थापक सदस्य रामराज पहारीले मन्तव्य राख्नुभएको थियो ।
पोखरा उपमहानगरपालिका वडा नं.६ लेकसाइडस्थित साइनिङ्ग स्टार आवासीय मा.वि.ले दोस्रो शैक्षिक प्रदर्शनी २०६८ कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न गरेको छ । हल्याण्डका दुईजना समाजसेवीद्वारा अवलोकन कार्यको शुभारम्भ गरिएको उक्त प्रदर्शनीमा विज्ञान, गणित, सामाजिक, नेपाली भाषा तथा व्याकरणसँग सम्बन्धित प्रस्तुतीहरु रहेका थिए । कक्षा ९ का छात्रहरुद्वारा बनाइएको रोवर्ट र वातावरण संरक्षणसँग सम्बन्धित हरितगृहको प्रभाव शीर्षकको प्रदर्शनी विशेष आकर्षण केन्द्र बनेका थिए । विज्ञान विभागका प्रमुख कृष्ण गिरीको संयोजकत्वमा आयोजित उक्त प्रदर्शनीमा विज्ञान क्षेत्रसँग सम्बन्धित ३५, गणित विषयसँग सम्बन्धित २२ प्रयोगात्मक सामग्रीहरु राखिएका थिए । यसैगरी अन्य विषयसँग सम्बन्धित ४३ गरी जम्मा १ सय सामग्री प्रदर्शनीमा राखिएका थिए । बिहान १० बजेदेखि बेलुका ५ बजेसम्म चलेको उक्त प्रदर्शनी अभिभावक एवम् अन्य विद्यालयका विद्यार्थी तथा शिक्षकहरुले अवलोकन गरेका थिए । शैक्षिक प्रदर्शनी भव्यरुपमा सफल भएकोमा विद्यालयका प्राचार्य नारायणप्रसाद पाण्डेले आफ्ना शिक्षक एवम् विद्यार्थीहरुलाई बधाई दिंदै वार्षिक रुपमा यस प्रकारका कार्यक्रम राख्नाले विद्यार्थीहरुको सीप सिकाइमा बृद्धि हुने र यस्ता कार्यक्रमले पठनपाठनमा पनि रुचि जगाउने बताउनु भयो ।
STEPS involved in processing a student’s APPLICATION & VISA: 1. The agent’s task is to inform the students about the school, the courses, the fees, the terms of entering the school and the terms of payment. So that it could work in a clear and continuous way, we have provided all the required information and brochure for the agent. It is also crucial for the students to know about the country and the Hungarian culture as much as they can. All the clues are given to the agents in advance.
2. If the information provided to the student made them interested in our school and courses they can prove it by filling and signing the application form. Apart from that it’s vital to fill the entrance test in English that is to measure the applicant’s knowledge in English.
3. When all the documents are available, they have to be sent to us via e-mail. In addition the scanned copy of the passport, the certificates and the documents that prove qualification have to be attached to the letter. 4. As soon as we get the documents and they are proven to be original and the English test shows an adequate and sufficient knowledge of English, we will send a Provisional Letter of Acceptance in the name of the student to the Agent. The Provisional Letter of Acceptance will consist of fee details such as: Tution fee + Accomodation fee + Enrolment fee + Living Expenses + Travelling Expenses, as well as course and accommodation details and relevant instructions for successful visa application. Both the Agent and the student must sign the Provisional Letter of Acceptance.
5. The signed Provisional Letter of Acceptance has to be sent back to us as soon as possible. 6. A scanned copy of the bank statement of the student’s own account must be sent to us. The Agent must email the applicant’s financial documents to the school for verification, to make sure the papers are OK. We are going to give a feed back as soon as we find everything all right.
7. The student has to transfer €700 to the account of the school for enrolment and administrative fees. NO AGENTS ARE ALLOWED TO TAKE ANY FUNDS FROM THE STUDENTS AS THE STUDENTS REGISTERED STUDENT STATUS WITH THE INSTITUTION!
8. After getting the signed Provisional Letter of Acceptance and the copy of the bank letter (that proves that the €700 has been transferred) we’ll send the visa application form.
9. Then the student fills in this form, send it back to us via e-mail, we’ll complete the Final Letter of Acceptance and we’ll send it in the name of student to the Agent. 10. The Agent must help the student in getting/making a MEDICAL INSURANCE valid for EU (Schengen Zone) in their home country. The Insurance must cover € 30,000 and be valid for the 1 year. 11. The Agent must now prepare the following documents for the student visa application:
• ORIGINAL PASSPORT
• 2 Passport size PHOTOGRAPHS
• Filled in STUDENT VISA FORM + VISA FEES
• FINAL LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE from SZIE ABK
• MEDICAL INSURANCE arranged by the AGENT/STUDENT valid for 1 year
• FINANCIAL PAPERS: Minimum €10,000 liquid money in terms of Bank balance, deposits, any other deposits etc. or €6000 + the bank letter about the salary of the student’s parents or student loan (The more, the better!)
• All ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS: ACADEMIC / FINANCIAL
• TRAVEL ITINERARY/flight booking (not ticket) confirmed by air transport company
• birth certificate
12. If the student has all the required documents, his/her agent must call the Embassy and ask for an appointment for the student for submitting the application documents and appearing for the visa interview. (Students from BANGLADESH, NEPAL, SRI-LANKA, MALDIVES must apply to the HUNGARIAN EMBASSY in NEW DELHI, INDIA.)
13. The Embassy will give a date and time and the student must be present with all the documents mentioned in step (11) at the time given by the Embassy. The Agent can also be with the student in the Embassy (outside only).
14. The Embassy or Consul will interview the student in an effort to try and judge whether the applicant has genuine intentions for pursuing higher education, weather he/ she has the necessary information about the course, the school, the country or culture. 15. 2 weeks after the interview, the AGENT/STUDENT must call the EMBASSY and speak to the CONSUL asking the outcome of the visa application.
16. The Embassy will guide thereafter; like asking to come along with your passport or for further documents (like any other Embassy). The successful applicant will be issued a 30 day single entry visa to HUNGARY for entering the country.
17. Once knowing the VISA has been approved, the AGENT must immediately make arrangements for preparing the flight for the student and ensure the student boards the plane at the time and date shown on the ticket.
18. All students must bring along their original certificates, mark sheets, transcripts, diplomas and other relevant documents with them. 19. As soon as the student reaches Hungary and enrols at the University, he/ she has to come to school and show the original documents to us and pay the rest of all the necessary fees. 20. The school helps the student get the TEMPORARY RESIDENCE PERMIT in his/her Passport, which will entitle the student to study, reside and work in Hungary. The student can also visit other SCHENGEN countries like: France, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Italy etc. as tourist with the HUNGARIAN permit, but only in vacation periods and with the written permission of the University. 21. Every year, we will help the student to renew his/her residence permit for the next academic year.
22. If the student is absent without leave (is missing from school without permission) for more than 3 days the school reports it to the Migration Authority and start the procedure of cancellation of the student visa!!!
