 एकीकृत नेकपा माओवादीका अध्यक्ष पुष्पकमल दाहाल प्रचण्डले माओवादीको नेतृत्वमा सरकार नबने संविधान पनि बन्न नसक्ने बताउनुभएको छ । उच्चस्तरीय राजनीतिक संयन्त्रले प्याकेजमा निर्णयदिन नसके माओवादीले कडा खालको आन्दोलन गर्ने समेत उहाँको चेतावनी  पोखरा उपमहानगरपालिका वडानम्बर १४, मझेरीपाटनमा निर्माण भएको सहिद स्मृति विद्यालयको आज उद्घाटन गर्दै प्रचण्डले भन्नुभयो, “राष्ट्रपतिको असंवैधानिक कदम लगायत माओवादीका मागमा संयन्त्रले प्याकेजमा निर्णयनदिए आन्दोलनको विकल्प छैन ।”
उहाँले माओवादी नेतृत्वमा नयाँ सरकार नबने मुलुकमा नयाँ संविधान बन्न नसक्ने ठोकुवा गर्नुभयो । अहिलेसम्मका सन्धी-सम्झौताहरु विदेशीका इशारामा भएको दाबी गर्दै माओवादी अध्यक्ष प्रचण्डले त्यसलाई खारेज गर्न माओवादीले थालेको प्रयासमा अन्य दलहरुले र्समर्थन नगरेको टिप्पणी गर्नुभयो । उहाँले माओवादी अग्रगमनको पक्षमा रहेको तर प्रतिगमनकारीहरुले त्यसलाई भाँजो हाल्ने काम गरेको भन्दै अग्रगमन र प्रतिगमनको लर्डाई जारी रहेको बताउनुभयो ।
निर्धारित समयभन्दा ढिलो कार्यक्रमस्थलमा पुग्नुभएका प्रचण्डले सहिद स्मृति विद्यालय कुनै पनि नाफाका लागि खोलिएको नभै सहिदका छोराछोरीहरुको अध्ययनका लागि स्थापित भएको बताउनुभयो ।
